Freddy Pantroom approached us over 4 years ago to help them out setting up the necessary tools to run their business smooth and efficient. Since then we gradually developed and scaled with their business from basic Shopify to Shopify Plus. With Shopify Plus we run their 2 physical stores and the online stores.
From scratch we helped them managing a +2 million € business eliminating as much manual work as possible.
Understanding the customer
Freddy Pantroom target customers are an active woman’s who are on the go. With this in mind, designing a website that functions beautifully on mobile devices was one of our top priorities. The responsive Shopify theme adapts to any device to ensure a consistent experience for Freddy Pantroom customers.
Getting to know the people behind
The girls that work at Freddy Pantroom know all about their brand, products and customers. Understanding their needs to meet them with an easy to use platform and automating all the manual work with our efficient datafeed integrations for accounting, stocks, etc… was key to their success. Shopify POS with limitation on the products for each store was setup and a separate integration with the accounting software for each country was established. By just having to focus on the customer and sales, Freddy Pantroom has built an amazing community of returning buyers. Shopify provided the information needed at hand for each girl and the accountant smiles for having the real time and accurate information live available.
